Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Rydent Freight ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

Rydent Freight provides truck dispatching services to carriers, owner-operators, and trucking companies. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Load booking and freight matching assistance
• Dispatch coordination and scheduling
• Communication with freight brokers and shippers
• Route planning and optimization recommendations
• Administrative support related to freight operations

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business, equipment, and operational requirements
• Maintain valid operating authority, insurance, and all required licenses and permits
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing trucking operations
• Communicate promptly regarding load availability, scheduling changes, and operational issues
• Pay all fees and charges in accordance with the agreed-upon terms

Service Limitations

Please understand the following limitations of our services:

• We act as a dispatch service provider and are not a freight broker or motor carrier
• We do not guarantee the availability of loads or specific freight rates
• We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of freight brokers, shippers, or receivers
• We do not provide legal, financial, or insurance advice
• Our route recommendations are suggestions only; final routing decisions are the responsibility of the driver

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including service fees and billing schedules, will be established in a separate service agreement. By using our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rydent Freight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rydent Freight, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees or obligations incurred prior to termination.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Rydent Freight is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
